सेवा में, माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली विषय: राष्ट्र निर्माण में रचनात्मक नागरिक भागीदारी हेतु एक रचनात्मक नागरिक सलाहकार मंच की स्थापना का प्रस्ताव। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं देश के प्रति अपनी सच्ची चिंता और राष्ट्र निर्माण में योगदान देने की इच्छा से यह पत्र लिख रहा हूँ। हमारे देश ने उल्लेखनीय प्रगति की है, परंतु आज सार्वजनिक और राजनीतिक विमर्श में बढ़ती कटुता तथा आम नागरिकों की वास्तविक समस्याओं से दूरी चिंता का विषय है। देश को ऐसे लोगों की आवश्यकता है जो नैतिक मूल्यों, संविधान और कानून के अनुरूप दृढ़ता, ईमानदारी और रचनात्मक तरीके से अपनी बात रख सकें। इसी उद्देश्य से मैं आपके समक्ष एक रचनात्मक नागरिक सलाहकार मंच (Constructive Approach Platform) स्थापित करने का प्रस्ताव रखना चाहता हूँ। यह एक स्वतंत्र नागरिक मंच हो, जो निर्वाचित सरकार के साथ मिलकर जनहित के मुद्दों की पहचान करे और उनके व्यावहारिक समाधान प्रस्तुत करे।
