Respected Sir/Madam, I urge the Ministry of Labour to address critical worker welfare issues in small private units. Currently, firms with under 20 employees are exempt from EPF, leaving long-term staff without retirement benefits even after 5+ years of service, while businesses expand. Furthermore, many factories manipulate workforce data to bypass labor laws, forcing 5 workers to do the job of 10. I strongly suggest making EPF coverage mandatory for any worker completing 5 years of service regardless of company size, alongside conducting strict government audits of factory headcount data to curb overwork and ensure social security.

श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं हाथ जोड़कर कि हमारे देश में अनाथ आश्रम बढ़ रहे हैं जिसमें पुत्र अपने पिता को या फिर माता को बहुत सारे अनाथ आश्रम में छोड़ रहे हैं उनकी संपत्ति तो रख रहे हैं लेकिन माता-पिता को अनाथ आश्रम में छोड़ रहे हैं इसलिए मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि आप जो पुत्र अपने पिता की संपत्ति का जिम्मेदार है उसे अपनी माता-पिता की सेवा करनी पड़ेगी अन्यथा वह सारी प्रॉपर्टी अनाथ आश्रम में चली जाएगी ऐसा कठोर कानून बनाया नहीं तो अनाथ आश्रम में रखने के लिए जगह कम पर जाएगी

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir, I humbly wish to share a small idea, “Community Route Guidance & Youth Assistance Service,”which I believe may create employment opportunities for unemployed youth while helping citizens with public transport and route guidance. Strict Verification for Residential/Income Certificates: Local block offices often issue residential and income certificates for nominal fees (50-100 INR) without proper field verification. This loophole is easily misused by individuals to acquire fake residential proofs and subsequently make fraudulent Voter IDs. Strict verification protocols must be implemented to stop this malpractice." Massive tree plantation should be made mandatory on both sides of railway tracks and national/state highways. This initiative will yield tremendous long-term benefits: Environmental Impact: It will act as a major green cover, curb pollution, and combat climate change.Economic & Financial Benefits: Planting commercially valuable timber or fruit-bearing trees can generate significant revenue for the government in the future while enhancing the natural landscape."

"Suggestion regarding College Lecture Schedules and Student Time Management: In many colleges, class timings are often unreliable or abruptly changed, and students—who travel long distances by metro or bus—only find out after reaching the college that their classes have been cancelled. This causes immense frustration, financial loss, and severe wastage of valuable time for students who are already busy preparing for competitive exams like CA, NEET, or ITI technical courses alongside their regular studies. My suggestion is that colleges should implement a strict communication policy: either notify students well in advance via official class groups, or ensure that scheduled classes are never cancelled at the last minute without prior notice."

"Suggestion for UPI Transactions & Merchant Protection: It should be made mandatory for UPI payment apps and bank notifications to display the sender's full name and mobile number clearly during the transaction. This will benefit merchants and users in two major ways: Easy Identification: Often, after a few days, it becomes difficult to remember who sent a specific payment while reviewing bank statements. Having the name and mobile number visible will solve this confusion. Prevention of Cyber Fraud & Account Freezing: Many times, fraudsters use compromised or illegal funds to shop at retail stores, which later results in the merchant's bank account getting frozen—even when the shopkeeper is completely innocent. If the sender's contact details are readily available, shopkeepers can easily contact them, trace the actual fraudster, and protect themselves from unnecessary harassment and financial loss."
