It’s such an irony that the most famous two leaders follow the same path. You rate a policy implementor IAS more than Policy makers MPs/MLAs. Today IAS have become so powerful that they are making and questioning the policies and implement it on strict conditions of collecting bribes first.
In Gujarat and Maharashtra the IAS help and take bribes but in Uttar Pradesh they harass and collect bribes in advance. Pathetic IAS community 90% of them.
