Under the pretext of state development, some states. CMs are giving away huge land ( much more than required ) under MoUs . Many such MoUs are not getting transformed into full scale , but the allottee booking such huge land under the books of assets for valuation purpose . The allottees projecting large foot print of the establishment , grabbing huge land, but either not setting up or setting up only by using less than 10 percent of the land allocated
