Theme: Helping Children Carry India’s Cultural Heritage Forward Namaskar Modi ji. How can we help children grow up with a living connection to India’s heritage—not just knowing stories or reciting slokas, but finding faith, values and strength to draw upon as life unfolds? The Tamil saying “யான் பெற்ற இன்பம் பெறுக இவ்வையகம்” (may the joy I received be shared by the world) inspired me to act. In March 2026, I launched Kichu & Leela Tales, a free cultural learning initiative under DLS Vidya in Atlanta, USA. Kichu is my affectionate name for Krishna; Leela evokes divine play. Through animated stories, slokas, festivals and quizzes, we use digital media to spark curiosity, family conversations and participation beyond the screen. Could Mann Ki Baat encourage families, grandparents, educators and communities in India and across the diaspora to make cultural discovery a joyful part of everyday life? India has built disability-rights programmes, but last-mile access remains a challenge. A Government reply reported 1.31 crore UDID cards issued by 5 December 2025, while identifying shortages of assessment specialists, authorised hospitals, pending applications and low awareness. I propose a “District-to-Dignity” mission: strengthen district rehabilitation and outreach; ensure timely assessment and early intervention; guide families in local languages; make schools, transport and digital services accessible; and link individual abilities to vocational training, apprenticeships, workplace adjustments and local employers. Panchayats, health workers, schools, NGOs and persons with disabilities should lead awareness drives and accessibility audits. Publish district-wise progress on waiting times, early support, school participation, assistive technology and sustained employment. Measure success not by certificates alone, but by dignity, participation, independence and quality of life.

Respected Sir, I am writing to bring to your kind attention a unique book titled "The Journey of Kalam," prepared entirely by the students of Parama Bhattara Kendriya Vidyalayam, Vadayampady, Ernakulam. Dedicated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the book was officially released on Oct 24, 2026. This student-led initiative features an inspiring poem by Kumari Fathima Fiona H. F. (Class VI), a thoughtful article by Kumari Niya M. Varghese (Class VIII), and creative illustrations by Kumari Sreelakshmi Subeesh (Class X). The foreword has been penned by renowned artist Prof. Vinod Laxman (Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi). I have attached a digital copy of the book herewith. We would be deeply honored if you could glance through their work and bless these young students with your inspiring words in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat. Yours faithfully, K. G. Sreekumar Malayalam Teacher, Parama Bhattara Kendriya Vidyalayam, Vadayampady, Ernakulam

Namaste Pradhan Mantri Ji, This is not just Cinema, not just Dharma - this is *Ruling of India.* India is like a big cinema. 140 crore people are watching it and acting in it at the same time. If one department fails, whole country film becomes flop. 1.In Cinema, film ends in 3hrs 2.In Dharma, film ends in Moksha. 3.In Ruling of India, film never ends. Every 5 years, new actors come, but Producer - People - remains same. If Producer - People - is awake, Director - Constitution - is respected, Sensor - Judiciary - is strong, Villain - Corruption - is defeated, then India film will be a Super-Hit for 1000 years. _Satyameva Jayate - Truth Alone Wins._ This is *33 parts* full essay - Cinema + Dharma + Ruling.

Namaste Pradhan Mantri Ji, I am Ishwar Suthar, a young agriculture entrepreneur and B.Tech Biotechnology student from Rajasthan. I founded Cultive360 Agri Solution and Consultancy to empower farmers and create rural employment. We promote mushroom farming, medicinal plant cultivation, organic farming, contract farming and farmer training. We have connected with 200+ mushroom growers across Rajasthan and Gujarat. My dream is to make every village a centre of agricultural entrepreneurship and help farmers become self-reliant. I humbly request you to encourage youth-led agricultural startups through mentorship, financial support and national recognition. It would be an honour if our journey gets an opportunity to inspire young Indians through Mann Ki Baat. Har Gaon Mein Entrepreneur, Har Kisan Aatmanirbhar! Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!

**Theme: Every Citizen an Innovator – Harnessing Youth, Technology and Social Responsibility to Build Viksit Bharat 2047** Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I would like to share an idea that could create a meaningful change in India's future: building a nation where every citizen, especially young people, gets an opportunity to become a problem-solver and contribute to national development. India has enormous talent in villages, small towns and educational institutions. However, many innovative ideas remain undiscovered because of limited resources, lack of guidance and unequal access to opportunities. Through Mann Ki Baat, I request you to encourage a nationwide initiative called **"One Student, One Solution, One Nation."** Under this initiative, students from schools, colleges and universities could identify one real-world problem in their communities and develop a practical solution using science, technology, innovation or social participation.

**Theme: Empowering Young Innovators and Encouraging Student Startups – Building a Self-Reliant India** Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, India is home to millions of talented and creative young minds. Many students have innovative ideas that can solve real-world problems, but they often lack proper guidance, financial support, mentorship and opportunities to turn their ideas into reality. Through the 140th episode of Mann Ki Baat, I would like to request you to highlight the importance of encouraging student innovators, young entrepreneurs and college-level startups across India, especially in rural areas and smaller towns.
