*Tulsi Gram – A Green Revolution from Cooch Behar, West Bengal* Dr. Basab Kanti Dinda, a Govt. Ayurvedic Medical Officer from Cooch Behar,West Bengal. believes Ayurveda is not just treatment, but a way to connect people with nature and healthy living. With this vision, he started *"Tulsi Gram" in 2018 at Bhelapeta village* - a mission where every household was encouraged to grow Tulsi and other medicinal plants as a Home Herbal Garden. What began as a small step with villagers, teachers, students, health workers and Self-Help Groups won the *1st Prize at India International Science Festival 2019*. Today, this idea has spread across villages, schools and institutions - creating Herbal Gardens, Bhesaj Banks and livelihood opportunities through herbal cultivation. Through his innovative "Mobile Herbal Garden" he takes live medicinal plants directly to the people, teaching identification, traditional uses and conservation.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I am not a UPSC aspirant, but I recently came across a reel discussing the UPSC Mains examination. The tutor mentioned that a passage in the compulsory Indian language paper appeared to have been translated into Tamil using Google Translate. Several students in the comments also expressed similar concerns. I would like to make a humble suggestion. Wherever translations into regional languages are required for examinations, government communication, or other official purposes, could more opportunities be provided to qualified regional-language translators and language experts? This could help maintain the quality and cultural nuances of Indian languages while also creating meaningful opportunities for skilled translators across different regions. Thank you for considering this suggestion. Jai Hind.

India has millions of young people with talent in music, dance, painting, theatre, photography, handicrafts and many other art forms. However, many of them are unable to develop their talent because they lack resources, training, equipment, financial support and opportunities. I can relate to this personally. I have a strong interest and ability in playing drums, but instruments, professional training and practice facilities can be expensive. I may have the talent and motivation, but without the right resources, it becomes difficult to improve or pursue it seriously. There are likely lakhs or even millions of young Indians facing similar situations. I am not suggesting that the government should simply provide free money. Instead, I request the government to consider creating a structured programme to identify, develop and provide opportunities to young talent. India has no shortage of talent.
