Today while reading the newspaper i came across a news which says that there is no doctor available in the remote areas and hence the villagers have to spend around 4000 to reach a place for treatment which causes financial distress before the treatment starts. My suggestion is to give higher salaries to doctors to be posted in remote areas also allowing them to open their private practice in remote postings. As we all know money is all that matters in today’s world. If this incentive is given to the doctors they would be more than happy to be posted at such remote Locations. The poor and needy people would have the facility within their reach a a reasonable cost. The govt would be able to save precious lives by placement of a qualified doctor in such areas. At times mandatory postings does not give such results as it is difficult to retain a person on the job without good incentives. Thanks

We see that the Gen Z onwards are hooked to the mobiles and are not getting into sports and outdoor activities due to multiple reasons. My suggestion is to make evening sports mandatory for all school going kids. The only difference is to use the facility of nearby school in place of enrolled school. The sport to be a friendly game not a disciplined activity as it becomes boring and challenging. Marks to be allotted only for participation. This would keep them motivated to play and would help the parents mange kids movement without engaging due to proximity of the school. The schools can charge some amount for enrolment which would be fixed by the govt to keep it uniform and will not burdernise the parents or if possible grant given by the govt. It would create a very positive and happy energy for the next generation as playing outdoors has entirely stopped and the next gen is getting involved in worthless activities. The scheme can be refined as deemed appropriate by the govt. Thanks

Subject: Proposal for a Presidential Committee for Bureaucratic Oversight Concept: To eliminate waste and corruption, I propose an independent "National Oversight Committee," headed directly by the President of India, to strictly audit and track government machinery. Composition: An apex multi-institutional body comprising: The President of India (Chair) Senior Armed Forces officials Election Commission representatives Supreme Court advocates Top-ranking IAS & IPS officers How It Works: Apex Auditing: Independently reviews major government expenditures and file movements to stop financial leakage at the source. Strict Enforcement: Bypasses standard departmental inquiries with the power to immediately discipline or prosecute corrupt officials. Direct Escalation: Acts as the final authority to resolve stalled public projects or severe administrative delays.

Subject: Proposal for Real-Time End-to-End Digital Bureaucracy Tracking The Concept: To eliminate hidden files, delays, and corruption, I propose a mandatory digital tracking system where every task, file, and action by government officials is logged and tracked online in real time. How It Works: Time-Stamped Audit Trail: Every file movement, review, or decision creates an immutable, timestamped record linked directly to the handling officer's digital ID. Automated SLA Escalation: Smart timers track processing speed. If a file stalls past mandated limits, it automatically escalates to senior officers with logged delay reasons. Public Transparency Dashboard: Citizens track their applications in real time like online packages, seeing exactly which desk holds their file and for how long. Impact: This eliminates arbitrary delay-based corruption, enforces civil service accountability, prevents file loss, and drastically improves governance speed and public trust.

The Concept: While India has systems like NPS and ABHA, citizens still navigate fragmented platforms. I propose an Aadhaar-linked digital card (via UPI) acting as a single interface for health and pension micro-investments, featuring an automated government matching system. How It Works: Micro-Investing: Citizens set up UPI auto-pays (e.g., ₹50/day) dynamically routed into retail health premiums and a pension pool. Smart Matching: Upon hitting a monthly savings target, the government uses Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to instantly credit a matching "side payment" to the user's fund. Gig Integration: Aggregators can deposit mandated worker social security contributions directly into this wallet. Impact: This shifts welfare from purely subsidized to co-contributory. It reduces the state's long-term fiscal burden, channels unorganized savings into formal markets, and cements India's global leadership in fintech.
