PVD is a meaningful initiative that brings scientific veterinary diagnostics closer and doorstep to farmers and animal owners. By enabling early disease detection and evidence-based treatment, it can help reduce livestock losses, improve animal welfare and strengthen farmer livelihoods. Supporting this idea means supporting healthier animals, more informed farmers and a stronger rural economy.

Honorable PM Sir ji Namaskar 🙏 In our country India almost all manual data of both government & citizens has already migrated to a centralized database in a secured depository locker under the control of the ministry of electronic and information technology/GOI. In this I as a citizen of India and also as an honorary member Mygov India Governance I humbly request to please provide a mandatory system of Aadhaar biometric fingerprint online e-kyc authentication system by using biometric devices/fingerprint scanner based transactions in all types of services from school admission to college admission, and opening of Bank account to withdrawal and deposit of cash in the ATM locations and the same inside the Banks also.

Sir the urban areas like Bhubaneswar is getting polluted, criminalize, drug addiction, road blockage, and population with unnecessary vehicles growth only due to slum encouragement and political support to slum. A lot of undeserved people taking govt. advantages and maintaining good standards of leaving in slum. Is there any action to resetting them in proper place?

The youth in Bharat fail to think on their own and depend on social media. This is not good for Bharat. Education is very expensive in Bharat in private colleges or schools. When a youth doesn't get a job after an expensive education he is frustrated and can be easily exploited by Cockcroah Janata Party or any similar party. The Government should engage with the youth on a regular basis. We should stop producing Graduates or Post Graduates in large numbers when most of the jobs doesn't need such high qualification. The youth should know that Jobs can't be created and are incidental to the production of a product or service.

Swatchh Bharat Abhiyaan : We need right to access clean toilets. Most government offices even like registrar office and district court have dirty toilets with foul smell , no water and not enough urinals, not enough taps. They are small, cringe and have wet floors or full of mud sometimes. The head of every office must be made accountable for the state of the toilets. This is most unhygienic experience for ladies. Going to these dirty toilets means inviting diseases. So every toilet must have names of the cleaning janitor on duty, contractor with number and the admin officer with number and the name head of office if the officer is not responding. There should be facility to report dirty toilets in government offices on a national portal directly. The officer and the head (like a collector) should have to face action on repeated complaints. There should be a standard procedure on public toilets. The head of office must inspect his entire premises once in a week on a day.

Theme: Good Governance & Services Title: Premium Seat Selection Option for Family Travel Vision for 2047: Indian Railways can create a win-win model that generates revenue while providing a highly requested, premium convenience for families. Opportunity: Currently, when a family of 6-8 books tickets in 3AC or Sleeper class, the system often allocates seats across different cubicles. Families highly value staying together to share meals and enjoy the journey as a group. Suggestion: Railways should introduce an interactive seat map allowing groups to lock in an entire cabin together. If a family wants a full block of 6 or 8 seats (Lower, Middle, Upper, and Side) in the exact same cubicle, they could opt to pay a "Group Cabin Convenience Fee" during booking. By offering this as an opt-in premium feature, passengers get the certainty of traveling together. The government unlocks a positive revenue stream by providing a service citizens genuinely value.
