I am dealing with the problem of delay in getting the DACP ( Dynamic Assured Career Progression) here just like that of medical officers/ dental officers who are enjoyingthe fruit of DACP. My date of joining is 19th February 2007 and my promotion related case is moving like a pendulum in between the UP Government and our University. Please, make a system where there should be immediate justice/action by Govt. officers. There should not be any discrimination in between the Veterinary Officer and medical officer in terms of pay scale or other job benefits. The Veterinarians are working hard in various fields of research, education, innovation, Animal health, farmers training and ultimately maintaining the public health.
