ICAI members and students today spend considerable time on mainstream social media consuming content unrelated to their profession — an untapped opportunity for meaningful engagement within the CA ecosystem. This proposal outlines a purpose-built platform exclusively for the CA community, combining the engaging, short-form, scroll-based format popular on today's social media with AI-based content moderation that keeps every post — whether educational, casual, or humorous — anchored to the profession. Access is verified through ICAI membership or student registration, ensuring authenticity and trust. The platform blends content discovery, professional networking, mentorship, and community learning into one space. As adoption grows, it can extend into real-world engagement through competitions, meetups, and events — converting everyday digital engagement into tangible professional relationships and a stronger, more connected CA community.

India's progress is not built by government alone but by every citizen who contributes to it among them the tax payer plays the most crucial role if soldiers protect the national at the borders pair build national from within every rupee paid as tax become foundation of development when small business in Hyderabad pays his GST or a salaried employee pays his income tax the money goes into a common pool called the consolidated fund of India from this fund the government builds the nation Where does tax payers money go???? It goes interested the national highway, expressway, vande Bharat trains, new airports, and metro project we proudly see all founded by tax payer the atal tunnel the Chenab bridge the world highest railway bridge were possible because crores of Indians payed the taxes honesty It goes into future building New IITs, AIIMS, ISRO mission like chandrayan 3 and digital India

ICAI is already taking several initiatives to support students, such as scholarships for financially weaker students, student welfare funds, and various educational sessions. I would like to suggest one more idea. There are excellent subject-wise CA faculties who run their own online courses. ICAI could collaborate with such reputed faculties or institutions by providing grants, financial support, or even acquiring certain educational platforms. This could allow ICAI to provide high quality lectures from the best faculties to CA students at a very nominal cost or even free of cost. Making quality CA education affordable and accessible across India could reduce the financial burden on students and remove one of the major barriers to pursuing CA. It could also encourage more students to choose CA as a career and potentially increase registrations. One platform, the best faculties, and affordable or free education for every CA aspirant across India.

Title:-AI-Powered Financial Literacy and Career Development Platform India is moving towards a digital and knowledge-driven economy. To support the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047, I suggest that ICAI develop an AI-powered platform for students, professionals, MSMEs, and the general public. The platform should provide: Simple explanations of accounting, taxation, GST, auditing, and financial management in multiple Indian languages. AI-based doubt resolution available 24/7 for students and small business owners. , mock tests, and real-world case studies for CA students. Financial literacy modules for school and college students. Career guidance, mentorship, and skill-development programs for aspiring Chartered Accountants. Digital tools to help startups and MSMEs maintain basic accounts and compliance requirements. This initiative would improve financial awareness, reduce compliance errors, support entrepreneurship, and strengthen trust in the accounting profession.

Bharat MSME Financial Health Passport I would like to suggest a simple digital platform for small businesses, startups and MSMEs to understand their financial position better. Many small business owners do not have a clear idea about their cash flow, compliance deadlines, expenses and overall financial health. The platform can show these things in a simple dashboard and give easy-to-understand suggestions. AI can be used to provide basic guidance, while Chartered Accountants can provide professional advice wherever needed. A 30-day action plan can also help business owners improve their financial management step by step. I believe this can improve financial awareness, transparency and digital compliance among small businesses and support the growth of entrepreneurship in India towards Viksit Bharat @2047.

Respected PM, My suggestion is that India should design and manufacture its own armoured vehicle for our President and Prime Minister within India. This will support Atmanirbhar Bharat mission. We have proven capability in defence manufacturing, space and ship building. Our research organisations can develop a high security protected vehicle in India. Having our own vehicle will improve security, save foreign exchange and make every Indian proud when our leader uses an Indian made vehicle at national and international events. It is about national pride, not luxury. Kindly consider this idea for Viksit Bharat 2047. Jai Hind.

*Title: Indigenous State Limousine for Prime Minister - Project Bharat Kavach* Respected Hon'ble Prime Minister, My humble suggestion is that India should develop its own indigenous state limousine like USA's Cadillac One (The Beast), Russia's Aurus Senat and China's Hongqi N701. At present, our Hon'ble Prime Minister uses a German Mercedes-Maybach S650 Guard worth Rs. 12 crore. When world leaders visit other countries, they bring their own cars on cargo aircraft. This is Automotive Diplomacy and a symbol of national pride, not luxury. Recently during BRICS Summit in Delhi, we saw China bring Hongqi N701 and Russia bring Aurus Senat with full covers. India is now the 4th largest economy and a superpower. We have built Tejas Fighter, INS Vikrant and Chandrayaan. We can definitely build our own State Car. I propose Project "BHARAT KAVACH" - a joint project by Tata Motors (with JLR luxury expertise), Mahindra Defence (armoured vehicles) and DRDO (ballistic testing)

To launch a nationwide digital initiative by ICAI called "Digital Financial Dost (DFD)", combining artificial intelligence with grassroots-level support to bridge the financial awareness gap in rural and semi-urban India. How it works: AI-Driven Rural Advisory: A multilingual AI chatbot integrated with digital portals that helps small business owners, micro-entrepreneurs, and farmers understand basic bookkeeping, tax filing, and digital payments in their local regional languages. ICAI Student-Led Outreach: Chartered Accountancy (CA) students can be deployed under ICAI’s mentorship for community outreach programs to audit small micro-enterprises for free and teach financial discipline at the panchayat level. Transparency Dashboard: A simplified district-level financial transparency tracker where local community funds and development spending can be monitored publicly, eliminating corruption at the grassroot level.
