The farmers, students and interested people are invited to document and showcase local traditions and practices using multi-media content like photographs and short videos accompanied with an explanatory text that gives details of their history, significance, applications, and benefits. Youngsters are highly encouraged to collaborate with elders of their family and community for their entries.
Through this initiative, we seek to inculcate a sense of pride in our unique legacies that is sustainable and strives for the welfare of all. These young IKS Ambassadors will inspire the world to discover Bharatiya culture in all its beautiful diversity.
To generate awareness about the importance of the Vrushabhotsavam and its contribution to the Cultural-Heritage of the country, 1st Day on the month of Kartika is celebrated every year as “Vrushabhotsavam”. Vrushabhotsavam is a celebration of our cultural heritage and our love for the Indian Bull. To generate awareness about the importance of this festival, IKS Division is organizing a short reel contest on MyGov portal.
Share your reels with Vrushabha and showcase your bonding with these magnificent creatures! In this contest, Indian citizens are requested to submit a link to a short video reel of 30 seconds to 3 minutes (created by their own) about their liking, love, and feelings towards Vrushabha (Indian Breed Bull), which is already posted by them on their social media account.
