A focused awareness campaign on ‘Heat Wave’ was conducted by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in collaboration with MyGov from May 8th to June 10th, 2024, to generate awareness among the masses, particularly students, regarding heatwave as a disaster and encourage them to share creative ideas on community interventions for mitigating the heatwave, by conducting Poster-Making Contest across the nation.

The Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) is a Joint Venture (JV) Company of Government of India (GoI) and Government of Haryana (GoH) which has been recently incorporated to implement Mass Rapid Transport Projects to be undertaken with 50:50 equity contributions by GoI & GoH in the State of Haryana.
