World Mental Health Day is celebrated on 10th October every year, with overall objective of raising issues of mental health around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. Based on this objective, MoHFW is taking a unique initiative to inspire people with the stories of achievers who fought with any kind of mental health illness. Being open about mental health experiences and the journey of overcoming the same might be beneficial for others who are seeking for help to fight mental illness. To bring together the achievers (who fought with mental illness) as well as the seekers (who are looking for help to overcome mental health illness). Ministry of Health and Family Welfare invites people to share and inspire.

This World Health Day, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare invites people to share how they or someone they know fought with mental illness and came out with flying colours. #ShareToInspire

we've got only one life. no one knows about afterlife so kick the sadness and if you can't do it at least give yourself time. time is stronger than anything (including love sometimes). even love can hurt and break u but its time that heals eventually. so do it and live life to the fullest. i heard some one saying- when life gives you lemon, kick the lemon or jus squeeze it and enjoy lemonade. Its all up to YOU.

Charity begins at home. If a person wants others to treat him in a manner wisely he have to treats others in a similar manner. Please do sharing your thoughts, humour sense, joy, sorrow, etc, to a faithful person, it's better to share with your family members thereby family bond gets stronger. For most of the cases, the root cause is stress. So have some intervals, involve in meditation, yoga or in your hobbies like dancing, singing, drawing, painting, planting, caring favourite pets, etc.

Healthy brain, we have to go know what brain is accordingly to a PCM student? We have postulate if A than -A is the antibody. Like North Pole and South Pole, matter and antimatter etc. The antibody of brain is black hole( soft hair) or Neutron star. The gravitational field or line of forces is pulled like a rubber strip. Then torn of to soft hair or electromagnetic line of forces. It's anti because brain is very stretchable. We can think sun next moment star. It was said by Judhirsthir.

Things were going from bad to worse till my mother picked up a fight with a neighbour. My mother had picked up a large stone to hit them. The neighbour threatened my matternal uncle of complaining in the police station. Eventually my mother got admitted in a rehabilitation centre. A combination of medicine and spirituality brought her home in 9 months. She is now normal under daily medicine intake. Unimaginable progress. Her disease had stolen all her humanity. She would savagely beat me up.

A study on 83000 brain scanning revealed that our mind stucture changes whenever it goes through mental vulnerabilities. When I was in class 9th I started to live alone, excluded friends and relations, due to rgular family quarrels and fights. Once I kept ON gas nozzle to stop them. Till 2nd of graduation I was a patient of severe depression. After contagious visit to psychologist, now i recovered my mental health to some extent. But, today we dont need motivation, we need psychiatrist.DHANYAWAD

Dear All, Pl. never ignore multi challanged or mentally retarded children/people, afterall they are human beings. We have got twins - prematured sons, one is no more & another one Tejas is 24 , with 95% disability, but we are proudly serving him at our best, now because of him only God has gifted us a flat in posh area of Ahmedabad. It was difficult to carry him for treatment in western part of city, we have shifted there. For us he is purely an inspirational asset. : Dipak Bhatt, Ahmedabad.

Health is a structure of a body, whereas Mental Health means inner strength of a body. We get mental health by listening to our favourite music, indulging ourselves in our hobbies, meeting our beloved ones, sharing jokes with someone, traveling and participating in sports activities. Whenever I feel disappointed, I always try to divert myself in playing chess, caroms or badminton. I relax myself by listening favourite music whenever I get bored. Hope my suggestions and ideas will help to inc
