Sir, yesterday I spotted a cycle at 2:45 p.m. who was rammed by a motorcycle whose registration no. was MP MD 2359 so that the back wheel was demented. the person's name who was driving the cycle was Narayan Mishra. He said that he tried to stop the accused by pulling off the key from the bike but instead they pushed him and ran away. he grieved that the person sitting with him was handicapped. Sir, I request you to take serious action against these anti-social people.
