.We see lots of people lost their life in an accident becoz they dont wear helmet during riding a bike.Some time police charge 300 or 500 ,but its not a solution.I think we should take fine but in return police should give them helmet ,means we should charge the price of helmet.Any time if police find anybody without helmet ,they give them a helmet as gift of safety. e.g; If a family of 4 have already 4..5 helmet he or she never ride bike without helmet if they they do they have more........

CSis and NGOs are the most imp institutions for bridging the gap between Govt. and citizens and are capale of ensuring a very large scale participation of people, but there is lack of accountability, transparency and no such law to monitor the activities of the CSIs/NGOs secondly, there is lack of cooperation and linkage between various such institutions working for similar cause or in same fields. Steps should be taken towards interlinking of various such institutions.

the youth are naturally drawn to volunteer when they can see the effect of their help directly like- i help a blind person to cross the road and he thanked me, here i know and i can see that my little help has reached to the concerned person and he acknowledges it

Shri MODI saab---- If India can send a rocket to Mars then why India can not develop an indigeous intercontinental ballistic missile which is competitive... Just like Russian satan or topol M Missiles ? ??? India is struggling with most incompetent Agni missile which can not even guarantee to hit target... China can destroy all Agni missiles in air only....So We immediately Need a very strong defensive approach..And Why can't encourage our youth to do joining this defensive approach helpingCSIR
