On each level youths must be provided 1 Platform of expressing their ideas, researches and testing facilities of their innovations 2 Any youth of any field can present his abilities and invention in any institute even being not student or employ in any language 3 All engineer, doctor, professor etc must be assign for research project with the help of youths and according to talent 4 All researches must be in mother language NOT in ENGLISH 5 Institutions must be open for all 6 Unbiased education

Youth Requires Jobs First..For that Education must be Qualitative..Without basic facilities in the Educational Institutions, how we can achieve Quality?? There are Crores of Malala's in INDIA who are struggling due to lack of quality Education...UGC became a bank for Illegal Transactions..Universities became Factories for production of the Unemployed..Techno Festivals in Universities transformed into just DANCE PARTIES..ALL of this is due to lack of qualitative teaching staff and labs..

The biggest problem we face is the lack of sense of responsibility..While growing up we see our parents/society and others just ignoring/laughing about the critical issues and therefore as we grow up we do the same and hence the trend continues. Volunteerism will obviously improve when the sense of responsibility increase and people step up in some one elses shoes. We need more shows/media about things that matter(satyamev jayate) rather than things that sell(daily soaps).we become what we see

Civil Societies,NGO's,Encouragement,Enhancement, Awareness, etc,etc, don't try to cheat the youth..first provide basic facilities in all the Schools,Colleges,Universities in the Country..Even our BEST OF THE BEST IIT's were not in the list of TOP 200 UNIVERSITIES in the world.How shameful this is for THE YOUNG COUNTRY..

Conclusion It is to be noted that most of the problems we face are also because of youth. It is true that youth have got energy, skill, hopes, and dreams and along with those the determination and exuberance but they also lack proper and critical thinking. Thus youth which could have been the pioneer of some world-changing act may very well become world-destroying terrorists. Thus, here lies the role of a nation and its government in guiding the youth to the correct way of living and in utilizing their vital energy and desire for the betterment of the nation. For this, proper education system and good political situation is required. Moral education is a must for this as well. If youth can be motivated and educated the right way, they surely can spearhead the progress of a nation and make the world a better place to live. ...
