#skillindia #universityofindianarmedforces #empowerjawan My open letter to ms smriti Irani, min of HRD Dear madam, I am writing you to highlight the atrocities to the serving sailors, soldiers, airmen. They all are recruited and trained in their allotted trades by the defence. But the biggest irony is that none of the courses and training offered are recognised by the UGC nor these are affiliated to any university. So the highly trained and skilled jawan when retires at an early age of32-35 years, his qualification is nil. He gets nothing. My request to you is that A UNIVERSITY OF DEFENCE BE ESTABLISHED just as #rakahashaktiuniversity established by our beloved PM sir in Gandhinagar. This historic move will place our government back into the hearts of the jawans. A bad image of our PM has been created by some rogue elements on OROP issue. The jawans retiring after 15 years of more are being given some funny 'equavalant to graduation' certificate which has no educational value. Jawans are being cheated by the officers so that they will not face competition from them in higher posts after retirement. To cover all this up, jawans pre release courses offered but they too are of no educational value. Retiring Officers are offered courses in IIMs an IITs. The jawans re allotted hair cutting technology course.

Since I a part of public so I have certain suggestions for govt schools in villages:- i) There should be a helpline/complaint no. to help the parents to book their complaint against management and take the feedback in stipulated time. ii) A committee shall be appointed and shall render their report in certain frequency to (a)check the upkeep of infrastructure. (b)audit the use of funds. (c)check the ability of teachers. (d)take the feedback of parents along with their sign.

Problems related to govt schools:- i) Weak management. ii) lack of proper infrastructure. iii) lack of skilled teachers. iv) lack of study tools. v) lack of discipline among teacher as well as students. vi) Govt funds are not used effectively. vii) Teaching techniques are not as per present scenario. viii) All yojanas are on papers only, least implementation on grass root level. Why? This is not just a question from govt only, this is from public also.

I personally needed teachers like that but i couldn't get one like that . I want my younger generation brothers and sisters to have teachers who understands and play a very important role in making the child a literate, knowlegebale and ultimately a better person .

See Literacy will come when students study to learn not to study to get marks and pass. To achieve that thing students should have confidence in them some have confidence but some dont .Teachers can play a very important role in that by talking with weaker student personally so that there will be better understanding between student and teacher. Like our pm modi ji and i also believe to attain heights we need to focus on small small things because this small things make big things .

If we can teach students through digital way atleast on weekly basis then most of the students can learn lot of things immediately & it will help them to keep the things remembered in their memory for long time to do so we need good educational presentation which can be easily prepared & 1-2 presenters will go to school weekly basis & they can give presentations & they can take written feedback from students.

I strongly feel that if you ask 50 students to read a book on Subhash Chandra Bose & answer the questions out of 50 only few will be able to recollect what they read. Instead of this if we show 3 hrs movie or effective presentation on Subhash Chandra Bose then at least 80 to 90% students will recollect answers for their lifetime. If we can able to provide 1 Projector & 1 Laptop or Desktop in each school & weekly once we can teach them through presentation will make much difference.

Dear Sir, I think our public school teaching techniques need to completely reform. Instead of just teaching by reading will not help student to understand what teacher is teaching he will be physically present there but inside his mind he will be somewhere else & if the teacher is not good enough to teach properly they will not grasp most of things & just they will read the question & answers at the time of exam & will try to just get passing marks.
