To controlling Pvt schools limited, and improving govt schools in villages and cities. In my child hood i studied in govt school, i got good knowledge about subjects. But in present pvt schools are attracting people and none of the students are getting knowledge about subjects. So govt schools are to be re structured with responsibility of teachers for every student in their class. and to provide the technology to govt schools by PPP structure under govt rules and govt teachers.

Following steps can be taken for this purpose: 1. Introduce MOOCs at the school and college level. These courses will comprise lectures from teachers of both Indian and Global universities. 2. Introduce a Pointer system which would be directly linked to the performance in exams, completion of assignments and participation in extra-curriculars. High points will fetch rewards like laptops, tablets, CDs etc. 3. Collaborate with NGOs and other educational initiatives like Teach for India.

Sir, more than 75% of India's population lives in villages. The education system of these villages completely depend upon govt. run schools. Lots of retired personnel either from public sector or private sector usually resides at their native villages. These personnel(eligible) may be utilised to monitor the status of govt schools. They can point out the management or BDOs regarding weak areas and the measures to eliminate them. A huge amount of govt money spent in this section getting wasted?

To think of a healthy India,we must think of for the quality education in government schools too and then the capability of the teachers come into consideration. Why pretty qualified retired people from industries and other places who can serve their nation not being considered? They have with them a large experience and those interested in teaching may be brought forward up to the age of at least 65 years.
