महोदय नमस्कार
mygov.in पर विकलांग व्यक्तियों की देखभाल के लिए समूह होने के बावजूद आज विश्व विकलांग दिवस के मौके पर अपने समूह के तहत विकलांग व्यक्ति को अपनी बात रखने का अवसर नही है. इसलिए क्षमा याचना सहित निवेदन है कि

मा. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देशो के बावजूद विकलाँगजन अधिनियम 1995 के प्रावधानो को आज भी सरकारी विभागो द्वारा महत्ता नही दी जा रही है.

This can be done by introducing data redundancy at several steps so that failure of one server does not lead to breakdown of the entire system. From the consultation paper only, the BOOT method looks promising. Govt. should definitely try it.
Don't have enough expertise to comment on consultation paper questions. But govt should implement a national broadband policy which encompasses fixed line as well as spectrum allocation. Govt building rooftops should be used to erect mobile towers. All construction and development plans should include fibreoptic wiring in the blueprints from 2015 onwards, or ASAP.

I think for the success of BhartiNet we should either take help form google as there balloon project is working very smoothely. or the we ourself have to research on it and make our own balloon projects so that our dependency on other will be less.
