Thank you

Ngen irctc has come a long way but still it has long way to go. The website still can not sustain the load during the tatkal bookings. Getting online tatkal tickets is still very difficult even after I have a very high speed internet of speed exceeding 8Mbps. Definitely seats should be increased for tatkal and if possible preference should be given for people who have been trying for several days for tatkal tickets.

after the new tatkal scheme, one more enhancement should be to allot berth depending on the age of the passenger. People who are upto 30-35 years, should be allotted upper berths and leave the lower berths for people who are more than 50 or so or who are sick (they should carry medical certificates)

There is always an hustle when in ticketing counters when people change shifts. Can the shift change be customised to each station so that it occurs in non peak hours?

Can there be trains running for long distances without reservation coaches in festival times as most of the time we could see over crowding at festival times in general compartments with people hanging on doors endangering their lives and even occupying the reserved coaches endangering the safety of people and property too...

announced at a/m system. 3. Atleast eight armed RPF personnel to be onboard duty. 4. All windows of sleeper compartment(outside) be fitted with beautifully designed non-returning dustbins with opening door at its base as our passengers have habit of throwing waste outside the window (ha haha). So with current of air waste will be sucked into dustbin, while train is in speed. AC boggis be provided with bigger dustbin at same place.

So in case of any situation one have to speak his/her name and then convey message. So defaulters won't dare to do so in front of copassengers.
