the campaign swachh bharat is big hit in tier 1 cities but people living in tier 2, tier 3 and in towns have not changed their mind at all its still the same in these areas. even if u ask them to throw it in dustbin they tell me if you care you pick it up and throw. Even the politicians the MP/MLA's are doing so, what they will teach to common people.

our people are still not that mature and volunteer to start doing something just for the sake of common good. there is need to make owner or proprietor of household, shop or any commercial non-commercial unit to keep the "PUBLIC" place clean in front of their residential or commercial property and in case of violation that unit shall be liable to good fine.

Not to forget, cleaning is an everyday process. Therefore, the celebrities who did photo ops cannot be counted as serious ones, period. So what has Govt done so far in

providing of mobile toilets, good footpath facilities, providing of dustbin's in public places can keep a city clean. As in india any good thing to be followed it should come from supreme court otherwise people wont follow it.due to throwing f waste on road i have seen many cows eating plastic which is very dangerous to cows health.since social media is soo popular ri8 now wherever one sees people throwing waste or urinating near roads its better to take a photo and upload it to social media.
