e-governance is an important aspect that Pasighat needs to focus on as well. The official website of Pasighat is not up-to-date with a lot of grammatical and spelling mistakes and is in urgent need of up-gradation. The website must be user-friendly, more attractive, have facilities for online registration of ILP, have the contact details of hotels for accommodation, and provide more details on packages and a forum for online discussion and suggestions.

Pasighat adventure tourism can be converted as the mecca for adrenaline junkies. It has potential for river rafting along Siang, paragliding, cycling, trekking which can be incorporated into packages in collaboration with travel and torus operators or an adventure annual fest, along the lines of the Mechuka Adventure Fest can be organised.

Eco-tourism to add the benefits of tourism with environment sustainability. It also aims at the economic development and political empowerment of local communities, to provide funds for ecological conservation and to foster respect for different cultures and for human rights. Eco-tourism parks can be set up. Daying Ering wildlife Sanctuary must be upgraded to provide more facilities hereby attracting more of regulated tourism activities. Traditional way of fishing is encouraged.

Socio-cultural tourism is aims at educating the tourists about the rich and varied Adi culture and educating the residents of Pasighat of the principle of “athithi devo bhava” and its economic implications. Home stays should be encouraged for this purpose. During the festivals of the Adis, the tourists should be encouraged to participate in “Delong Poknam”, “Ponung Nunam” and “Ponung Moman” to have a wholesome experience.

Finally, this report would not have been possible without
the participation of those who generously offered their
valuable time to complete the survey and take part in the
focus groups. These individuals came from all over the
country and represented a number of different municipality
sizes, types of facilities, and geographic locations.

E-Governance will synonymous to Good governance. So as per as possible all the office activities are made computerized. Public participation will also boost success of e-governance. If possible maintaining of online payment of electricity, telephone, water, etc should be allowed to be handled with partnership with private.

E-governance is really the factor which will make smart city possible. Thanks to the discussion, many of us now know the concept in a better way.Concept of e-governance is interesting! We welcome every progress on this subject. Sarathi, Vaahan, e-0arik, jansuvidha, e-pds etc exist and we still are thought of as lacking in e-governance! Thanks smart city for educating us. Hon'Ble MLA rightly pointed that public are the backbone of this proposal. Thanks to this discussion.

To bring E-Governance in a Health department, patient tracking system should be installed and record on daily basis especially in General hospital Pasighat as the flagship programme and thereafter to whole of the State to keep up health of the citizen. It will not be a complicated problem after introduction of based web application.
