Our Pasighat being a least populated city across the country will give us an extra edge over execution of city planning which has vast areas for its expansion too from all four directions. But our people will have to coordinate in all front to make the execution of planning’s successful by means of not putting hurdles in ceding lands etc. as for every development to take place, one will have to compromise with lands for widening of road/construction of drainage and other modern day facilities

In order to make market place pollution free, no vehicle should be allowed to enter main market in day time. Shopper should go on foot into the market. Present open space should be converted into park or flower garden. People in evening with family can take a rest there and enjoy.

Both the left and right banks of Siang river may be used for tourism purpose. In this regard, the department of tourism of city should take initiatives. Sanction be accorded against each monument of the freedom fighters of the Adis for maintenance. As these monuments of Adis located/erected at different areas under Adi areas usually and frequently visited by the foreign visitors

The good governance can be achieved only when there is efficiency, transparency, accountability in government establishment/offices which can be accomplished using e-governance smart solutions. The main hurdle in the successful implementation of e-governance projects is due to the lack of basic computer skills among the masses. Therefore, the computer skill development program is very essential not only for the students but also for the community in general. This will increase the participation

Community/ toilet have been started in the SWOT as a weakness . However it must be mentioned that Pasighat is free from open defecation. And the city is limited is size as well as population .

While opting market area for retrofitting, I suggest vacating the square space of veg market and panchayat building for keeping the open space for recreational park or other beautification. These four square space if beautified would make Pasighat market one of the the most beautiful market in the country.

Traffic signal with intelligent technology should be set up near parking place at old market so that passages in highway are not obstructed. This parking place should be managed by by the PMC with the help of local police.
