Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.

Best Idea to become Aatma nirbhar is to begin an organisation that starts a company for the people and run the business for the people until they are trained and leave the organization under the successor once the cost is collected from them

The people should be trained to become enterpreneur to make components of various machines and loan should be given to potential candidates The problem with india is that no one wants to take initiative

China is issuing negative yielding bonds in europe. India should use this as a lesson, as we can gather more money with zero yielding bonds in europe which will be oversubscribed

We all know that we use electricity and its generate by coal,water,wind . we use more electricity and pay bill. But where who has free electricity they all use most electricity .so this reason that all the resources are in danger from future and its time so all want that you give electricity that minimum only for use not for spoil . example all use two heater in one time (whose not pay bill or take bill) any many more .so you gave them only minimum to minimum and don't spoil data energy. Thanks

आदरणीय मोदी जी ‌‌ मेरा नाम दिवेश भारद्वाज है मैं नत्थूपुरा बुराड़ी दिल्ली में रहता हूं मेरा पास एक सुझाव /idea है बिजली बनाने के लिए जैसा कि हम लोगों को पता है बिजली बनाने के लिए हवा, पानी, धूप और कोयले की आवश्यकता पड़ती है लेकिन हवा और धूप हर समय नहीं होती और कोयला भी लिमिटेड मात्रा में पाया जाता है हां पानी बहुत सारा है लेकिन उसके लिए बहुत खर्चा होता है जैसे डैम बनाने पड़ते हैं और पानी को स्टोर करना पड़ता है बिजली बनाने का बस एक ही फार्मूला है टरबाइन से जनरेटर घुमाना है

ALL NORTH EAST STATE ARE PART OF INDIA ONLY GIVE SOME IMPORATANCE TO THEM AS WELL. DO CHINA KEEP REMAINDING US WHICH PART OF INDIA IS NOT GIVING IMPORTANCE AS THEY CLAM ARUNACHAL PRADESH AS THERE PART. INVEST IN ALL 7 NORTH EAST SPECAILY CONNCETIVE RAILWAY OR ANYTHING 24 HR RUNNING TRANSPORT. ONLY ASSAM IS GETTING LOGISTIC PARK WHAT ABOUT REST 6 STATE. SUGGESTION MANUFACTURING PLANT OF ALL THE ELECTRIC COMPONENT WHICH ARE GOING TO USE IN DATA CENTER TO BE SET UP IN NORTH EASTERN SATES...

Respected Sir, 1) Every capital city should have Data shortage center and all the electronic devices should be MADE IN INDIA ONLY INCLUDING BATTERY. 2 )Safety of data center building( it should not happen like mantralaya of Mumbai catch fire and all the document got lost and record got vanish )should be consider par most important and govt make committee to give recommendation on the same and make it implement on ground level.
