Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.
Refer to the Policy document here : Draft Data Center Policy 2020

Please send in your suggestions by 30th November 2020.

India has great potential to outperform Chinese manufacturers in Dyes & Chemicals manufactured EXPORTS. We don't want any incentives but open up certain manufacturing zones for them to manufacture some most vital IMPORT SUBSTITUTES & compete China . Next BUDGET could be best opportunity to give one stop Enviroment Clearances & remove all hurdles.

One of the most popular outfit doing business are PARTNERSHIP FIRMS. Due to some changes last year, now they are paying highest tax slab so far as INCOME TAX is concerned. Even Pvt Ltd & Public Ltd cos are offered lower slab in income tax. Govt can check the data of Partnershipfirms ,most popular mode sofar now are vanishing. Kindly do the needful to justify there values in Coming BUDGET. devesh shah ahmedabad India 9327013741 shreepolymer@yahoo.co.in

Itax free income from income should be increase from 2.50 lakhs to 4.00 lakhs and 80C limit should also be increased from 1.50 lakhs to 2.50 lakhs, it will directly result in more spending and more saving by individuals and will help to uplift economy of our country. My suggesion for next budget. Offer special incentives to all IMPORT SUBSTITUTE MANUFACTURERS as it is need of hour. India struggles for certain key raw materials ( mostly invited from China). our manufactures has the potential but so far we have never incentise import substitutes & loose so much on EXCHANGE VALUE. devesh shah shreepolymer@yahoo.co.in export.shreepolymers@ gmail.com

Data on All financial transactions of all govt servants and their close relatives like spouse and children should be made public so that they will hesitate before amassing wealth during govt service through corrupt practices.

Journey from Financial Inclusion, It's time to inculcate more people to stock market with coaching at minimum cost about the knowledge of market, its operation, Trading, Investing etc. Now the current scenario about the market and its training costs couldn't bearable by the low income common people or any unemployed educated people. This could be a better policy for the Government as an another step for developing India. #AatmaNirbhar Bharat

Gov should form State Special Force( SSF ), under NIA which can watch the working of Police department especially for local police station staff. If a person who is not satisfied with the working of local police station staff then he or she can directly contact SSF. Most of the cases are not registered by the citizens because of the threats of local police staffs. Gov should have to be very strict on Police department because if someone's immunity power is not strong then he or she will die soon

All tenders of Central Coalfields Limited should be made online. If tender is registered by someone then no one can see who registered for the tender instead of the person who registered. All documentation should be online with a "code" not with a general information of registered person. No physical appearance for documentation, everything thing should be online. This will eradicate the chances of bribery. It seen that many GOV staffs demand bribe and other force staffs to take bribe.
