1.Manufacturing industries should conduct various activities like family day, Social gathering, Physical, Spiritual training yoga, etc Many more make them to participate. These gives them moral and enjoy their work which is anotherway of giving incentives.
2. Payment timely and Renumurations to be hiked year on year to meet up growing demand.

Every product to be manufactured .
Stop importing products from outside
Gain skill, build quality, digitial india and made in india by indian. All these happen with lessor cost. And export. This will create job and growth pattern.

No reservasions in Jobs or, seats in professional degrees please. However, For economically backward children, Education may be made free or, if possible with financial incentives for buying books etc.
Higher scholarship may be awarded to students for doing excellent in studies till graduation, for economically poor children.
So that children from poor family can complete higher education and get jobs through fair competition as a deserving candidate.
(Not job reserved for SC/ST etc.)

Incentives are not the only thing which helps in creating jobs in manufacturing. The enabling environment for the entrepreneurs as in the Startup village in Kochi should be replicated in manufacturing. Industrial areas in the smaller towns with above 90% literacy rate in the 18-35 age group should be revamped with all enabling facilities.. Areas outside the million-plus Urban agglomeration in India (53 in total) and at-least 20 km from the boundary of above cities be promoted to stop migration.

India to can compete with China only with very large manufacturing clusters. Nokia uses the same technique, where all it’s suppliers are located in the same industrial area to remove the transportation cost. Central Government needs to force the state government to provide Railway track and Road connectivity to these clusters. No rule relaxation should be done on the land area of the NMIZ. Only state governments which show progress should get the funding and tax exemption from the center.

NMIZ implementation should be done as the competition. States will be given set of targets to meet like approvals, land acquisition, infrastructure creation etc. Public websites will show the progress. Like the Smart city competition NMIZ funding should be based on Yearly competition. NMIZ should be modern smart cities with underground infrastructure as in Dholera NMIZ. NMIZs should submit the targets achieved report by January, 31 for the limited funding to be given in the Budget in Feb end.
