I think we need to start improving the standard of products we manufacture to world standard (actual European Quality and not by paying bribe and getting a EU certificate), if we can do that, we would not need to worry of promoting made in India, countries will come themselves to make in India.
To do the above we would not only need a corruption free govt but a govt who are professionals (with a vision).

Manufacturing clusters should be promoted like in silicon valley where man power will be easily available and water, electricity shall be supplied uninterrupted.Environmental considerations is primarily state responsibly. Therefore recycling of the cluster effluents should be carried out by the state and expenses collected from the manufacturers.

Every citizen can produce the employment inside their state. Our respected Farmers can cultivate all the food stuff needed by the state people. Logistics and transportation can run by the state people in order to take the food, goods and services inside the state. School, Colleges, Institutions, University, Hosptial, service provider offices and commercial markets could be established in the Urban and Rural areas inside the state according to the numbers of students and people living in state.

I am veterinary doctor from Kerala.A small dairy farmer(8-10cows) from Cochin started a power project from cow dung utilising govt support. Now he is producing 15 units electricity per day.I feel that if utilise the full potential of manure and mix with waste from home and develop a scheme around 50 lakh units can be produced per day in Kerala. It is sufficient for Kerala's daily requirement. No need to depend on nuclear energy. No need to pollute enviornment.Farmers are highly benefitted.

1.Encourage first generation entrepreneurs in manufacturing sector.2. Instead of giving optical fiber laying and maintaining to large players, give this to educated and unemployed youth.3.Give loans to cooperative societies to build cold storages and godowns.

Being a student of agricultural univ. Its a sector of immense potential more people should accommodated for jobs as we know how to grow mushroom but no proper processing & marketing facilities are there in my town as its a price fetching commodity but gaps are there between the growers, experts & direct customers. If gov. Provide a platform where students, regional farmers & univ. work together to set up viable unit in jabalpur (M.P.) that will help allot to overcome unemployment.
