All women organisations should be promoted especially in rural areas.Mahila mandals in each area can have informal education, training and turned to entrepreneurs with support from socially responsible people.Arresting female infanticide, empowering women and removing social taboos will make them feel safe

we should make them feel safe first . in bus and public transport women reservation seat is for name sake only. when people fault the rules nobody is their to punish and even when one voice their concern nobody comes forward to support also. their should be a mechanism in place so that a awareness is created among the women about their rights and rules

Respected Sir,
I want to suggest an idea about the continuity of all the project launched by Hon. Prime Minister.
For eg like Swachha Bharat Abhiyaan once launched made almost whole nation about maintaining cleanliness but to make it continuity there should be an aayog of each and every project launched and the Mp's who have been actively participating in discussions can be provided with the guidelines to work on it and can be asked for the report of how project is going on...

Dear sir,
I am working in an IT firm. The main hurdle which the women in IT field is taking care of their kids. Because of this reason most of the women employees are forced to leave their job. Can't we leverage the MGNREGA to start play schools near major IT parks and company's with support from the IT firms. By this we can better utilize the man power and even make it revenue generating units. This will help women to have a better and dignified job at play school and mothers to continue job

In our social life mechanism woman faces too much problem. If a widow woman cross the age of 34 there is no government job available to her.
If women became widow at the age of 35. She doesn't get the opportunity anywhere.
If she is dependent government policy to give the aid of around Rs. 1000/- and where there is too much problem. There is lot of inconsistency in this aid not regularly received by the claimant. No one listen at lower level.
