Women play very important role in upliftment of Society. It is also felt that the rural women hesitate to come forward and take the initiative individually hence need is felt to strengthen them by mobilizing them in group.

Accordingly, ICDS Department UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli has framed Mahila Mandals covering the remote areas under each Anganwadi Centres.

Mahila Mandal Comprises of local women’s

1. Lady Sarpanch / Lady Member of Panchayat Chairman
2. Anganwadi Worker Member Secretary
3. Primary School Lady Teacher Member
4. Train Dai Member
5. Social Worker Member
6. Gram Sevika Member

Regular meeting of Malila Mandal is to be conducted at their level covering the local issues. Women are mobilized to raise the voice against practices among villages like early marriage / School droop out / Child labour / Girl child issues etc.

Women can also be kept awarded on general issues regarding their rights etc. and the various scheme implemented by the Govt. of India for their benefit.

Changes in Women can definitely bring a change in the Society and we can move head for betterment.

The Department is inviting comments in this regards from expertise in the field so that the same can be adopted by the Department of these unprivileged rural people can get the benefit what they deserve.

सरकार की महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिये तमाम योजनायें तैयार किये जाने के बावजूद आज भी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की महिलायें असहाय व असुरक्षित महसूस कर रही हैं। सरकार द्रारा जो 1090 में महिलाओं की समस्या के लिये टोल फी उपलब्ध कराया गया है। उसमें भी तकनीकी कमी है। जिससे महिलाओं की समस्या का समाधाऩ ठीक तरह से नहीं हो पा रहा है। जिसके लिये आवश्यक है कि जो भी कार्य योजना तैयार की जाये। उसकी निगरानी कमेटी तैयार कर उसके गुणवत्ता की जांच की जाना आवश्यक है।

Women has got very hardworking capabilities than man, in this way we can give specific timings for these group women between 1.30 to 4.30 without disturbing their regular activities so as to make them participate in any kind of developmental actions in rural areas. All rural people are interested to save penny by penny. This kind of programmes will enhance values in their economical and social lifes.

Concept of Self Help Groups and their results are really appreciable. But Government supervision is required to protect these Self Help Groups of women from the exploitation of middlemen.

#WomenDevelopmentहमें यह सोचने की जरुरत हे की केसे जागरूकता फेलाई जाए और हम सही दिशा में काम कर रहे हे या नहीं उदाहरण के लिए हर राज्यों में government counciling center यानि एक एसा सेण्टर जो सिर्फ महिलाओ के लिए counciling का काम करे उससे फायदा यह होगा की एक महिला सारी बाते बता सकती हे किसी expert को और उनसे सही राय ले सकती हे इसका परिणाम चोकने वाल होगा जब हर गाव इस से जुड़ेगा क्योकि जानकारी के आभाव और सही मदद के बिना कोई महिला आगे नहीं आ पाती हे

Yeah! Its true that women plays a very crucial role in upliftment of society. From pre vedic age they are debarred from their rights and till now in modern age the situation is quite similar. So everyone should try to motivate them any raise the voice for their rights. Constitution provides same rights for men and women so why this gap is still now prevailed in our society so join hands for helping them. Govt,cooperative society,and NGO Aldo try their best to resolve the issue

I THINK, GOVT. IS TRYING BEST TO #AWARE WOMEN ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS LIKE WCD HAS FORMED MAHILLA MANDALS ETC. IT WILL BE MORE EFFECTIVE IF WOMEN POLICE, DOCTOR, NURSE , LAWYER, TEACHER, ETC CAN BE MEMBER OF MAHILLA MANDALS. FIX SESSIONS ON LEGAL RIGHTS, HEALTH, EDUCATION ETC MUST BE ORGANIZED BY THE MAHILLA MANDAL MEMBERS AND MADE COMPULSORY FOR THE MEMBERS TO ATTEND.LIKE IF THERE IS A SESSION ON LEGAL RIGHTS FOR WOMEN IT MUST BE FACILITATED BY WOMEN POLICE, LAWYER, OTHER MEMBERS ETC.THIS WILL BUILD

For the Social and economic developments of the women among the Rural people, one must educate them about the people of the rural area who think that the children are the god gift, and educate then to stay for one or two child so that they can educate and nourish them properly especially the female child as if the female is educated then only she can help to grow their children properly as the mother is the first teacher of the child.
