rural people are poor but have many childs and they are unable to take care of them properly,most of their child do work on dhaba or tea shop.we must educate all rural poor women how they make their child a good citizen of this nation.some action must be taken by us to stop this mentality.distributing money between them not make them rich and good citizen but if we able to provide facility to them then one day they must help us to developed this nation.
