Ok I will tell you. Members of various organisations does not help Women upliftment. Womem are enough to do this task. So my solution is change the concentration from women upliftement to women distribution. What I mean by women distribution is, Inorder to see success in women they need to be given suggestive methods to bring prosperity in there life. So instead of concentrating on making more and more institutions it will only waste the resources. So do this Bring a one point customized bailout

Mahila Mandals loose interest quickly. It is important to create platform to bind women for long time. SHG movement has done this. SHGs have done yeomen service for financial and social empowerment of women. But SHGs have not contributed much for career advancement of women. So the next program should focus on this.I feel this program should focus on Bachat(Savings)and Skills(remember PM's emphasis on this).Jagruti (Awareness) should be added. They should be SSJ(Savings,Skills and Jagruti) Groups.

Me being a girl strongly agree with you. I stay in a rural area where the womens are not allowed to get education or allowed to go out. They get married at a very early age. As you have written in your article a woman can change the society you should come and encourage them to do it.

I think in this modern era , women are, and also should be self dependent. also we should not forget that until we do our work we ll not get the fruit ; in the same way women themselves should come forward and do the needful also giving a helping hand to the needy ones !!!!!

Sir women role has no alternative Pl involve Anganwari and Asha workers.Raise capability and capacity of willing workers agreeingto proposal.plan high quality course according to regional variations. It should be in three terms.Evaluation at the end of every term shall determine entry to next term. This will make teams to act as catatalyst to make situation favourable for women empowerment making society strong and dicipilened.

Women need to be the PM of the family. Fundamental skill of good house-keeping & being able are key training need to be given to her rather then the present collage degrees. If women are powered with trust & respect , with ability to cater the need of the family, the whole nation will grow rich with the same ability that shall be richer then that scaled by Money. Empowering women is key to the prosperity to Bhaarat

Introduce change agents by providing training to selected women from rural areas. also, train these change agents on Domestic violence act, women and children centred schemes and other relevant service providing skills. fix targets for them and provide incentives in terms of awards, certificate of appreciation, etc.
