The patriarchal mentality of our society is the root cause for the misogyny against the women. This mentality is reflected in our day to day lives. Have we ever thought, why a woman changes her surname after marriage to that of her husbands name? Why is a boy child referred by his family members as the steward of the family name? This mentality will take time to change. Hence, inculcating values from the very beginning in a child, to respect their brothers and sisters is responsibility ofadults

Good if some exhibition at town/ city be organised fortnightly where nearby rural woman's comes and promote their handicraft / anything in which they have expertise will definitely boost up their confidence and related city/ town peoples be motivated to join these event / purchase their products / foreigners also be informed about these type of event..good if these happen in those city at places for which they are famous like in Agra near taj mahal may become helpful in their upliftment.

Toilets establishment in villages under SWACCH BHARAT ABHIYAAN is surely going to help rural woman's beside that it good if sanitary napkins be freely issued to them and for their girls child be helpful. It's observed that where it's practised...girls attendance increased in school. Hygiene itself contribute lots in social developments. Making them aware about currently ongoing welfare scheme like JAN BIMA YOJNA etc by doing camps/ by gram panchayat be helpful.

Rightly said by one rural woman in a open forum meet of villagers organised by BIHAR CM that" do ban on liquor". this has utmost importance . Women's are beaten up/ their hard earned money taken away by husband who did not do any thing for liquor . some initiatives in this direction may help. Giving subsidy/ motivate those company who establish their factory near village and employed woman of that area may be helpful. Motivating them to join school to educate which may require some amendment.

Govt can only make any change when they have all name of womens with each family and village with the social status and economical status , and communicate all of women under a singal palteform where they all every sunday join the meeting which tells about govt. schemes , planning, and thier benefits ,and regular feed back for growth in women knowledge about the govt. working , if each village has govt office for all query handling and solutions wihtout leaving a single women.

If a female highly eduated women not finding the thier rights and even not sure to get her own work done with ease and work freely than just think about women in rural area where most of them dont know the name of country where they live , thier nationality , book are far like planet pluto , govt, schemes are even they heard about when they were history , social conditons like they can not open their head in public , how do you think your schemes and planning will work.

Women have hesitated to come forward because they have always been dreaded down due to the judgemental mind of the society. They have been confined to kitchens only and were not given freedom of opinion.Even if a programmes gets initiated they are asked to call off the game because the men in their family still think it's not appropriate. The solution is speak out to rural womenfolk and help them get better off their problems , get her dreams pursued. There is dire need for women mentors too.
