As part of the Ministry of Urban Development’s Smart City Challenge, Udaipur Municipal Corporation has recently completed the round one of the citizen’s consultation. Based on the outcome of round one, Corporation is now preparing to undertake several activities for citizen’s engagement in round two. As part of round two, Udaipur Municipal Corporation now invites suggestions/ feedbacks on one of the priority area i.e. ‘Transportation’ required by Udaipur city to be smart. E.g. GPS based public transport, smart parking, etc.

You are requested to give your opinion on the services/solutions that are required in the Udaipur.

Last date for submission is 4th December, 2015.

1.Elevated roads. 2.Pull out the Encroachments. 3.Installation of Traffic Control System on Proper Height. 4.Cycle Lane (must be on some height) among different lakes and various tourist places. 5.Placement of traffic police on a fix place. They must not be allowed to roam any where on crossings. 6.Multistory and elevated parking system. 7.Cameras must be installed. 8.Efficient Traffic control system to identify vehicles having no number plate,overloaded vehicle, no helmet.

Road should be made at all possible places in Udaipur. All the pouting vehicles must be removed (including Auto making pollution) cleaning facility of road side and nearby houses may be provided with proper degradation of waste.
