Identify the major areas visited by locals e.g. major marketplaces, temples, major localities, etc and develop a transportation plan to interconnect them.
You have to take into consideration the existing vehicle concentration on the roads, develop & implement traffic management policies, new road construction etc. along with this.

Apart from private local transport, their is a huge need of government local buses for city transport. Busses connecting the Umarda, Madri and Sukher industrial areas from nearby villages is needed.
