Now that everyone knows that Mangalore is the education hub in Karnataka, We must strive on getting an IIM in Mangalore. Speaking about Infra, Mangalore needs a Ring Road for entrance into the city from various points. add to it Govt City buses must be introduced and stop the services of "dangerous" private buses. A Mangalore railway division must be created which will operate daily and frequent rail operation to and from Udupi, Bhatkal, Karwar, Kasargod, and other nearby cities.

Diversity & Connectivity is our strength. Most of us can understand/converse in 7 languages. Only city in Karnataka, that can boast of International Airport, good Road Connectivity, Seaport and major Railway hub. Mangalore has the potential to become the Gateway of Karnataka

It is to my notice that the city corporation is planning of widening of sub-roads mostly in residential areas even though the road is wide enough for an emergency vehicle to pass, in the name of smart city. This is of great loss to common people who have their residential homes. Please direct the corporation to work on completing the main roads which have been already widened. Widening of residential roads will lead to severe backlash. Please focus on Electricity, water harvesting .

Mangalore can be developed as Education Hub and also as IT hub..
As an Alternative to Bangalore, which is growing in very irregular way.
We can make Mangalore as an Alternate IT Hub, with proper Plan.
mangalore has vast opportunity to grow as Tourist Sport as well, with its Cultural background and also many Tourist Attractive Places.
