The water people receive at home should be drinkable without needing any extra purification process. I would't call a city "smart" if even as basic need as pure water is not served to its citizen. I am glad this city is selected to become a smart city. :) Excited to see the changes.

The government could provide all the facilities to Mangalore as part of Smart City package... My request here to the authorities is to implement and maintain the facilities to world class level.... We are always lacking on maintaining the infra.... The most important is Strict Law and order enforcement on communal issues

Make industries and businesses make up for their carbon emissions by providing an equivalent amount of renewable energy (Solar, bio fuel) or energy efficient products such as free LED lights to the general public. They can contract it out to agencies that will go door to door and replace incandescent bulbs, cfl etc ( Currently being followed in one of the most liveable cities in the world, Melbourne) #SmartCity, #Mangaluru, #MyGov
