A smart city a place must have big schools, colleges, universities etc.For that the people should be highly educated qualified and knowledgeable. Schools are to be building in such a way that the children studying there should be highly educated and knowledgeable. And colleges and universities are important for smart city because after completing high schools there should be a place for our graduation in our own place.

As tourism is concern with reference to smart city. It should have beautiful tourist spots. In my opinion the tourist spots which pasighat should have must be beautifully decorated and build dams,5 star hotel ,big restaurants, high rise apartment buildings etc etc.The tourist spots should be clean like big countries.

There should be a code for construction of building or houses along with sufficient spaces form planting trees. The municipal committee should promote planting more and more trees in and around the residential areas and along the streets and highway to make the city greener, cleaner and prevent air pollution.

As road condition is concern, one can walk freely across the city on pavements and foot paths with little fear of being overrun by vehicles or troubled by hawkers or tumble on uneven surface or drop in open manholes. The pavements are designed, leveled and built in such a manner that it ensures that even old and invalid are able to walk, exercise or travel in a hassle free manner. The pavements should have standardized guidelines for design, construction and material.
