The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 10th December, 2015.

We scared for the water and drainage system is also weak, toilet system is also weak we agreed as .we people of pasighat wish that our pasighat be smart city.

Smart City Pasighat my dreams would become true. I would be able to acquire all the latest technologies, knowledge and good education with all the entertainment I should get as a growing up kind. I wish that the dream I saw should be everyone’s dream and it should be fulfilled very soon

Smart city can be described as the process of planning securing organizing and managing resources us to achieve the goals and objectives related to a specific project.It is sometimes taken together with program management technically speaking is a higher level construction viz a group of related and somehow interdependent engineering projects.

We have a large area but lying vacants without proper utilization of it. According to me If the government will be Smart enough to make a good use of all the unusual lands, our town can be one of major tourist destination also.

Implementation of Smart City here in our place was that of basic amenities, better infrastructure,good electricity supply, regular water supply in the town, proper drainage system, better schools, better health facilities.

Healthy Pasighat requires CLEAN AND GREEN with proper road and drainage system and organic farming for sustainable development and sporting activities such as MISSION FOOTBALL Field, Pasighat a CYCLING destination of the world

Pasighat is the oldest town in Arunachal Pradesh, it is very essential for development in the interest of public. in this connection there should be more development activity should implemented by the government. it is known to reliable sources that Pasighat is need an extra infrastructure for more development.

Construction and maintenance public parks,garden,liberies,museums etc.Construction and maintenance of public streets, cleaning of public places, supports of public hospitals.

And the main reasons for importance of colleges and universities are that our people should get a place to do our graduation in our own city and not required to go out of the state to do our graduation.
