For becoming” PASIGHAT A SMART CITY” it has to change a lot. Each and every section or can say every corner of city need improvement.
# traffic control should be there.
# smooth road should be there.
# at least 60 feet road should be there in main area or where heavy traffic passes

There should be solid aware of throwing the waste and garbage in the drains or river. If they can’t provide electricity they should think of constructing a hydel power in the need of the people of pasigaht, there should be good communication services and many more.

1.Mix land uses
2.Take advantages of compact buildings designs.
3.Creates a range of housing opportunities and choices.
4.Preserve open space farmland natural beauty and critical environmental areas.
5.Provide a variety of transportation choices.
6.Make development decision predictable fair and lost effective.

There is no proper electricity facility in pasighat which is a major problem for the student of pasighat because they can’t study at the evening or high time, they can only hope for the day time.

Proper drainage system for waste and rain water is a must. We should eliminate open drains in the public places as well as residential areas which is creating unhealthy surrounding with smell and breeding ground for mosquitoes and insects good sanitation facilities
Better public transport system and encourage people to use.
Discourage encroachment put heavy penalties.

* Quarterly report on work progress for smart city should be published in local newspaper and feedback to be collected(manual and online both) with full transparency.

The people of pasighat are dependent upon farming only, there should be jobs for all the adult people of pasighat, there should be good sanitary and food, all children should be send to the school for higher studies. There is only one college and there is no other college in pasighat so the student have to move outside the city for higher studies.
