1)Perhaps the most problematic aspect of PASIGHAT is garbage disposal. There is no mandatory requirement or provision here to separate dry, wet and hazardous garbage. It is essential that we create infra-structure for this.
2)I would also like to suggest that the overload on the sewerage system and water supply system can be lowered with the encouragement of bio-degradable composting toilets (ex. DRDO bio digester toilets) and water harvesting systems

The town is continuously growing development. And now in the 100 smart city program of our honourable Prime Minister shri narendra modi it has managed to small its name in the list. In my view a smart city which is capable to meet every need of the citizen residing in it.

What kind of a Smart City where at every tourist spot, every market and at every red light there are so many beggars. I think if we are really planning to make our PASIGHAT a smart city we should seriously think of firstly rehabilitation or employment of the beggars and make ourselves a beggar free city.
I propose the idea of training these people in some form of traditional and cultural art and giving them areas where they can perform or work for a living.

There will be no problem place by the people of pasighat because no people of pasigaht will be illiterate, there will be proper education facilities to each and every homes, water supplies to each and every homes, street lights to prevent quarrel in the high time children parks for the children.
