In pasighat there are many differentiations between rich and poor. This is because of the improper distribution of land. This is usually common in pasighat that some people home more land and others home nothing. This can be removed by proper distribution of land among the people.

Pasighat as a smart city, from now pasighat will be recognised as a smart city. A smart city should be clean and beautiful. As we know that in other city there are many multi-storey buildings, roars, shopping mauls etc. we can add all this into our pasighat.
