in order to make Lucknow a smart city, the first step is to make it clean by arranging cemented dustbins in the public place. so that it cannot be destroyed by any animal or any vehicle.Energy consumption should be smart in smart lucknow.

There should be animal control in the city so that the street animals should be taken care of and they cannot harm the people walking on streets like dogs can bite the people. Cow dung is spread everywhere and if the could'nt be taken care of there will be no use of swach bharta abhiyan.

To make lucknow a smart city it has to be a clean city ,every mohalla of lucknow should have a waste disposal site and we lucknowites have to take care that all waste is disposed properly and our famous city becomes clean and healthy.
Second problem is traffic which has to be regulated as it causes physical and mental stress , every crossing should have traffic lights and we have to follow it sincerely .
Hope to see our city smart very soon .
Thanks

1.The use of solar panels should be increased for electricity usage as generation by coal causes very much pollution.
2.smart city refers to clean cities and this is only possible when the citizens are aware and should keep their surroundings and near by areas clean and should dispose waste on their proper places.
3.it's necessary for municipality to make underground drainage system as it makes our roads clean and helps in making a systematic drainage.
4. solar vehicles should be used.
