Now a days Traffic Management is very big issue for Lucknow as Increasing traffic is making it difficult to maintain Lucknow city as Smart city. We suggest Wireless , renewable energy based (like solar based), connected Traffic lights should be installed everywhere where there is traffic bottlenecks, along with roundabouts. Using advance analytics software, traffic should be monitored and traffic lights should be turned off-on or monitored.

For smart city, first thr city must have the basic facilities in each and every area like electricity, drinking water, road, sanitation, drainage system. We all have seen what has happened in Chennai flood. Inspite of having a major IT hub and a metropolitan city, it lacked the drainage facility. So to make Lucknow a smart city, the base should be strong so the focus should be on developing and enhancing the basic facilities.

in order to make Lucknow a smart city, the first step is to make it clean by arranging cemented dustbins in the public place. so that it cannot be destroyed by any animal or any vehicle. in every house there should be water meters.it is a necessity as people don't understand the value of water. Every weekend people of Nagar Nigam should come and ensure a check on sanitation.

Energy consumption should be smart in smart lucknow
1. promote use of electric charged vehicle and make public charging stations for charging them.
2.increase renewable energy power like solar and wind energy.
3. decrease consumption of energy by LEDs bulb, automatic on off switches.

There must be lot of tree plantation. We must work for our mother nature..Even students of school should indulge them in this activity.Deforestation should be strictly banned with a huge fine.Waste should be managed properly. Government should ban open dumping of waste, eatables should not mix with other waste,as eating plastics may kill animals too.
