A. Roads : Main roads like Sathy road, MTP road, Avinashi road, etc., should have separate lane for bi-cycle & walkers. (Germany has such infrastructure with different color pavers)
Bus stop should be made in a separate lane, to enhance discipline
Signal free road infrastructure by appropriate over bridges, track changes, supports reducing the traffic density
Fuel limits / car / month can be enforced to reduce vehicle density (This system is in place at Tehran, Iran)

1. The city should have at least one globally recognizable landmark.
2. The initiative should look beyond CCMC limits. There is an opportunity to integrate many of the natural wealth in surrounding areas to create an ecologically sustainable showpiece.
3. At least one globally acclaimed event should be conducted in the city every year. Such events give tremendous boost to tourism and brand image.
4. Minimal carbon footprint on the landscape. Aim to be carbon-neutral.
