The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

skill development means not training for gov . service for everyone , skill development means be prepare for good service provider.. or do prepare for start a small scale industries .. like khhadi - mission.. The door of skill development must be open for 18 year age to 65 year for everyone through Govt. as as private in village to village & urban to urban with great mission

all this kind of activities should be divided out of 100 % govt should undertake 35% and 15% should be taken by private and 50% should be saved for future use . as fully privately sector will lead to higher investment and more advanced technology . private sector should be given to best companies as they can do more investment . and government should try to give best to compete the private sector as investment is main concern and india is facing problem in many sectors. so govt need to tc.

Your presence and wortfulness in our ruthless corrosasive society, remove these all and building a progressive and modern society. We, from small background and cast are maverick and innovative. I think we are lacking in skill, that we do not have. When we people try to do some different thing, already accomodated people throw us away. Sir, please open atleast one skill development centre in every constituency and member of governing bodies should be from representation proportion.

Hi sir, Your endevour and resolution to adopt a secluded and barren village shows your inlusivness and commitment towards downtrodden and ignored. May God give you couage and strength for being as a adorable and legendry PM upto 2029. Kindly accomodate more and more people from this lot. So that they can see the light. Representation of these people will give them immense confidence and skill. Donot try to accomodate already well qualified and harvard educated.

I always believed that a good state has potential to harness the skills of its citizens. Coal or other natural resources are meant for all. It's only vested interest of private sector to make government beleave that it can't do any economic activities like extraction of coals to meet the demand of power sector. I beleave that if a state is really meant for common people, it should come forward to unleash its hidden potential to utilise the skills of Common people. It should devolve mechanism to utilise common people skills. Tendency of corporates to give the govenment disbelief should be harassed. It should encourage common people in its own mechanism to use natural resource for development of all and realisation of dreams of each strata of societies. Instead of disinvestment or privatisation, the government should bring mechanism to improve economy, efficiency and effectiveness with ethics and equity. I beleave that government can better use and hone skills of common people in coal sector, only thing it has to do is to beleave that it can.
