The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

I think, Expertise can handle better whether they private sector or government sector. In our country the biggest problem is law, there is very partiality in law, its differ from person to person...its must be equal. My honourable prime minister, you should think this side

For all round development, please make the National Cadet Corps a compulsory part of education. NCC was compulsory between 1963 and 1968. The western nations have developed precisely because of a disciplined citizenry. Compulsory NCC will drastically hike the growth rate of the country and at the same time, expand the global reach of the Indian culture and power.

hounarable sir according to me if we are talking about developing our country then first we shoud make it 'BHARAT' from india because India means a backward country so how can be thin for a developed country with a backward name. so everywhere d name of my country should b Bharat not india and i feel proud to be bhartiya not an Indian

As the earth resources should be under Government Control for various valid reasons, the skill development can be through Public/Private Participation mode both for Training and advanced mining Technology and practices. The most important thing is that Governments either Centre or State should be able to stop illegal mining everywhere in India in all the states and give security to whistle blowers or RTI activists.

As per this report. there should be no (zero) commission for insurance agents. http://www.timesofindia.com/india/Do-away-with-insurance-agents-commission-by-2011-Govt-panel/articleshow/4964655.cms why govt. is ignoring it. why you are not reviewing LIC commission policy. LIC didn't pay back a singal penny if a poor investor failed to continue the policy. why? because they pay huge amount to agents. that means only these agents are sucking profit from poorers hard earn money.
