The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Skill development exercise in mining sector to be under taken by the Government since all the mines are under government control and spread throughout the country.Govt is having huge infrastructure to attain the goal of skill development in mining sector.For the purpose Ministry of HRD should be given responsibility to establish educational institute in the vicinity of mines to start degree/diploma courses linked with practical knowledge in the mines.

Dear Hon. PM, If motive of skill development is welfare then both public and private model can work well. Ensuring accountablility in executing the programme in timely manner and measuring the performance properly will be key to success what I feel.

When we go to any district medical hospital for medical fitness which is required for most of the govt jobs such as eye testing blood testing urine and sugar testing physician check ENT check up surgan check up then height weight chest cmo signature form signature in each process we first submit form then wait for turn and it will take 3days almost so we have to arrange a person or kiosk who can do all the function at a time it will prevent time for candidates and give provide one joboption

Sir, Rail Passenger very dissatisfied, In the Railway nothing changes between UPA GOVT, Our very strongly suggestion that In Rail Board one member should be RTSA (RAIL TRAVEL SERVICE AGENT). RTSA is a Ground Level Worker. He have lot of experience regarding RAILWAY PASSENGER. Thanks Manish Gupta 9314500436

Dear sir Mai ek aan nagrik Ham log jab train mai safar karte hai to na hi reservation ticket milta hai nahi saf sutra train milti hai, aisa q ki train ke tatkal ticket karne ke liye hame booking counter se jyada black mai jyada milta hai aur hame 1 ticket ke liye 500 ya kavi kavi 1000 Rupa jyada dekar safar karna padta hai. Amir logoka kya hai lekin jiske pas paise ki kami hoti hai uska kya hoga, aur ham agar irctc site me jake reservation karte hai to na hame general me confirm ticket milta hai ya tatkal mai aur wohi cij ham dalal ke pas 500 ya 1000 deke karte hai to ho jata hai q kya indian railway unlogoko alagse sets dete hai kya taki irctc usmese munafa kama sake please si ans me I need ans because I m a aam nagrik aur jawab janne ka haq mujhe v hai

Dear Modi sir, There are many youngsters preparing for competitive exams and govt job is there dream but at village level there is less scope on no scope for same, they are very dedicated for same but at village level they didn't get opportunity to achieve there goals so they need to go to district for study, sir some peoples can not afford to go there and can not afford the books for same so i personally advise that there should be one commen advisory body at village level.
