The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

NOW A DAYS THE UNDUE IMPORTANCE IS GIVEN TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR UNDER THE HOPE OF THE HIGHEST CAPABILITIES EXISTS IN PRIVATE SECTOR. THE SKILLED PERSONS ARE MOSTLY HAVE EDUCATION IN GOVT., RECOGNISED INSTITUTIONS ALSO TRAINED BY THE GOVT., RECOGNISED REGULATING BODIES. MOSTLY DUE TO LACK OF SUITABLE OPENINGS AT GOVT., MANY TALENTED HAVEJOINED THE PRIVATE SECTOR. GOVT., SHOULD THINK WHEN PRIVATE WITH ITS LIMITED RESOURCES IS ABLE TO DO, WHY THE WELL RESOURCED GOVT., CANNOT DO THE LATEST SKILLS.

Like wise in some other courses are running as well in the country. So that the whole system is counting by their limitations and corruption tree is growing. Basic skill requirements to obtaining a diploma or degree should be same and in addition to degree there may be some theoretical or operational up gradations. Thank You. Your Truly,

Hon'ble Sir, I am here to bring your kind attention about the basic education scenario of technical education. Like, internship in hospital is compulsory for the Diploma in Pharmacy to get the certificate but for Bachelor in Pharmacy it is not, so we are manipulating the basic education structure. So I don't know being a pharmacist how could we perform in the Hospitals or healthcare center and by knowing that fact some evil spirits are taking advantage and that is the basis of corruption.

Kuyilan was literally illiterate, but a master in his job. I being a metric worked for 8 hrs daily to earn Rs.3/- which Kuyilan with just 2-3 hrs in a day earned Rs.20/- and more. His sight itself attracted the fishes in the ponds toward him. A long bamboo stick with a nylon thread on its one end and a hook at the bottom of the thread was his permanent weapon to earn his livelihood. He did not save for future. But the fishes in the nearby ponds saved him throughout his life.

Sirs , Any work is best executed if there is 1. a clear vision & 2. actions towards achieving the vision. These actions are best executed if the executor is supervised by a person/body which is only linked to the vision but de-linked with day to day problems of execution. So any work undertaken by a private sector but monitored by government will likely to give success.
