The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Skill development Requires experience and A will power to really provide skills so Private companies with good certificate and records should help us in this, but No organization has free time and money to spend on this ,but reach trusts and NGO in India can help out us in money problem .

sir we should do something to control the population. you should make a law to control the population. law should be that something like that if a family have more than two children than some legal action should be taken against that family as some gov. facility should be banned for that family. if you do so than there will be a huge profit of the nation and we will mark progress as another countries like america and germany. some of the families having more than 5 childrens. dp something sir.
