Every person has his own capability. There should be an evaluation of all based on his/her hidden talent/potential and he be trained in that field.

It should be undertaken by private sector, but work with the governments rulings. Only government can allocate priorities and the benefits will be shared by the people of the country according to the need. The private entity should be monitored and the unnecessary cries of the inable politicians who can only criticise and condemn should be ignored and insulted. Private management will always think of improvement independently but the government has to every time seek to ally with others.

To deliver skill development activities among youths,it is mandatory to have efficient trainers. So,till the time Govt. authorities recruit such trainers, the skill development exercise in mining sector be undertaken by the private sector to speed up the process.

Dear Sir,
It should be a Public Private Patnership responsibilty not only the private authorities know very well as to how, when, what is to be done at the shop floor level they also know the way it has to be done. The finance required for skill development training can also be provided by private firms as for the public part they can act as yardstick to see whether the people are adequately skilled or not but yes the system to be transparent with regular audits by both private & public people
